D.C. UNITED'S GONZALO PERALTA VISITS THE CHILDREN'S INN AT NIH

BETHESDA, MD – D.C. United defender Gonzalo Peralta recently paid a special visit to the The Children's Inn at the National Institutes of Health, spending time and playing soccer with several residents. Peralta is part of the Children's Inn's Sports Ambassador Campaign, along with other elite Washington, D.C. athletes Caron Butler (Washington Wizards), Alana Beard (Washington Mystics) and London Fletcher (Washington Redskins). Peralta visited and toured the Inn, which is located on the campus of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD. He met with children and families staying at the Inn and then filmed a feature that will air on Comcast SportsNet, official media partner of the Sports Ambassador Campaign. Children and families travel from across the country and around the world to stay at the Inn, which provides a healing environment for patients receiving groundbreaking medical treatments at the NIH. November 10, 2008 Boston, MA., – World T.E.A.M Sports (The Exceptional Athlete Matters) today announced the dates for the seventh annual FACE OF AMERICA BIKE RIDE, an inclusive bike ride that honors servicemen and women who have been severely injured in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. The two-day, 110 mile ride will begin in Bethesda, MD on Saturday, April 25, travel to Frederick, MD and conclude in Gettysburg, PA on Sunday, April 26. Quest 40 Cure BEGINS TRAINING FOR GROUNDBREAKING JOURNEY

KENT ISLAND, MD – The Quest 40 Cure team officially kicked off training on Sept. 19, as they prepare to be the first-ever people to Jet Ski around the world. Founder Ken Davis and his six Quest teammates will conduct monthly training sessions at Kent Island, MD. The Quest is scheduled to embark on Nov. 1, 2009. Ken founded the Quest 40 Cure to raise money and awareness for cancer research and treatment, and register new bone marrow donors. All proceeds will support children, adults and their families who have been diagnosed with cancer and catastrophic illnesses. Formula Sports & Entertainment Group Executes Topps Sponsorship of 2008 McDonald’s All American Games

MILWAUKEE, WI – For the third consecutive year, Formula Sports & Entertainment Group executed a successful McDonald's All American Games sponsorship for The Topps Company. As part of this year's sponsorship, Topps produced commemorative trading cards of the 48 boys and girls All Americans, and implemented an extended activation around Topps Exclusive Spokesman and McDonald's National Advisory Council Member Greg Oden. The 2008 McDonald's All American Games were played at Milwaukee's Bradley Center on Wednesday, March 26 and broadcast live on ESPN and ESPNU.

The children's inn and wtop team up to host on-air auction To Benefit the Inn

WASHINGTON, DC – As part of the Children's Inn Sports Ambassador Campaign, the Inn and WTOP Radio are teaming up to host an on-air auction. The auction will take place on WTOP Radio (103.5 FM) on Wednesday, November 14 from 5:00 - 6:00 PM, and offers fans a chance to bid on the "Ultimate Washington, DC Sports Fan Experience." All proceeds benefit The Inn. The comprehensive sports experience includes two tickets to an upcoming Redskins game, Wizards game and Capitals game, along with exclusive meet-and-greets with Children's Inn Sports Ambassadors Caron Butler, Mark Brunell and Olie Kolzig.

Burger king and a1 team usa sponsorship and activation plan

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Formula Sports & Entertainment Group, in conjunction with A1 Team USA, signed on Burger King as a sponsor of A1 Team USA. Burger King joins existing sponsors FBR Capital Markets, Braintech and Castlerock Management. TEAM USA driver Jonathan Summerton debuted the new Burger King branded "We The People" at Circuit Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico City.
